All reservations at Namgayling Cottage are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires full payment or deposit as specified at the time of reservation. Prices are quoted in Bhutanese Ngultrum (Nu.) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will forfeit the full booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full stay amount.
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible guest. Namgayling Cottage reserves the right to refuse service to guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
All rates are exclusive of applicable government taxes and service charges.
